Exchange Policy

Because Class Trouble is a new project, at this time we do not have the capacity to offer refunds on our items. However, we will offer store credit and exchanges if items that you receive are damaged or if we deliver a size other than what was purchased (please refer to our Sizing Guide for measurements before purchasing).

We hope that as we grow, refunds can be made available to our buyers.

Returned merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and sent back to Class Trouble within 14 days of the customer receiving their order. Returns must include original receipts & tags.

We also reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Items may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Class Trouble is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping.

Expect anywhere from 5-7 business days to process your online store credit. We understand that it is very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued an email informing you about your online store credit.

Store credit covers original purchasing price and taxes. All original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
